Photojournalism Now is a blog published by longtime journalist, photography commentator and scholar Alison Stieven-Taylor. The blog is designed to showcase a selection of work from around the world, exhibitions, book reviews, interviews and photo essays by well known and emerging photojournalists and visual storytellers. This is an incredibly exciting, and challenging, time for photojournalism as we know it. The borders are shifting. As a journalist, I have specialised in writing about the genre for more than a decade, and as a scholar, I am currently working on my PhD on photography as social change. I am passionate about visual storytelling. Welcome.
